We find experiences are best when everyone has similar expectations of what they
can expect so please read through before making your reservation:
- The Village Inn Motel is, in the end, a simple motel with clean, comfortable rooms. Our property was built in the 90’s with smaller rooms situated next to the highway.
Please don't book with the expectation we are a 5-Star resort.
- The Village Inn operates in the similar manner to a good AirBNB. This means that while
there are generally staff around, we are not a full service property.
Our lobby is open 7-10 am Eastern Time and then 3-10 pm Eastern Time.
Soft drink, sport, and bottled water are available from the lobby soda machine.
If you've read our reviews, you'll see that the vast majority of people genuinely
enjoy their experience at The Village Inn, but some things are best made perfectly clear!
All online reservations less than 30 days in advance require full prepayment. Reservations starting more than a month after the booking date will require a 30% deposit. Your remaining balance will be charged the morning of your arrival.
All phone reservations will follow the same payment/deposit structure as online reservations and will be sent an invoice for review along with a link for payment.
All our rooms are Double Queen and based on 2-person occupancy. Additional guests over the age of 6 will be charged at the rate of $10/person. Full occupancy of a room is 4 people.
If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation which you have guaranteed with your
credit card, you must notify the Village Inn Motel by phone fourteen days prior to your stay with us to
avoid a cancellation fee (equivalent to one night's stay).
If you do not provide adequate notice, or fail to cancel your
guaranteed reservation, your credit card will be charged in full for the first night of your stay
and the remaining days of your stay will be canceled.
If you must leave before your scheduled departure date, please understand that your unused room nights will be subject to the cancellation policy above.
Check In/Check Out Policy
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm. Check-Out time is 11:00 am. If you need an early Check In or late Check-Out, please let us know in advance and we will do all that we can to accommodate your request. We are now providing contact free check in due to COVID-19. Please watch your e-mail provided during booking to receive full check in instructions.
We are a pet free establishment. Because of the health concerns of our owners and guests pets are not allowed in our guest rooms. This keeps our rooms allergen and worry free. Guests who bring pets into rooms will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave the property. No refund will be given.
All units at The Village Inn Motel are Non-Smoking. Smoking or evidence of smoking in room will result in non-refundable $250 smoking fee. If you would like to smoke, you may do so outside, provided it is not disturbing other guests. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Room Charges and Damage
When you book with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges and damage. Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages.
Number of Adults should include all occupants 18 years of age and older.
All guests registering must be 18 years of age and must present photo
identification upon check-in. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds.
